Carcrew has a very liberal cancellation/refund policy.
Cancellation request can be made via the web app used to make the booking or via e-mail to email@example.com
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the car has reached the Service Station.
In case pickup/drop service is availed, a cancellation fee of INR 99.00 will be charged once the cancellation request is accepted by Carcrew
Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the services.
In case cancellation is made via phone call, cancellation is to be deemed accepted by Carcrew
Refund can be claimed only after service order cancellation.
Refund will be made only if the cancellation is done before initiating the services by the Service Station.
In case you feel that the service received is not satisfactory or is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by dropping a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding service parts that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned Service Station.
